Sea Stag– wild-harvested burdock root from Evan Dayringer of Eat Ideas Farm, coupled with seaweed harvested off the stormy coast of Maine by Larch Hanson of Maine Seaweed, LLC ( to form a beautiful, earthy and balanced kraut!

Daikon Radish Kimchi– made from tender morsels of Community Farm of Ann Arborgrown daikon. Rich and thickly textured, with the traditional ruddy color!
