This Saturday, David and a couple of loyal Briners braved the ice-covered roads to start mixing & milling our fermented jalepenos in preparation for our second EVER batch of Sriracha!

And really, what better time to begin the process than on the first day of freezing rain this winter? Perhaps the peppery-warmth emitting from the Food Hub that day spurred the later transition of blustery winds to balmy breezes?

Watch for the debut of this new batch next month, in time for the fervor of the New Year!
