The Kraut Club is our version of a traditional CSA (community supported agriculture). It is for adventurous eaters who want to eat exclusive first batch releases of our products. In addition to your membership you will receive free admission to a Brinery event.

Each pickup you will get a jar of fermented vegetables based on what is in development or available that week. Unfortunately members cannot choose what they get each week because our volumes are still limited.

The Kraut Club distributes to its members on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Distribution will be pick-up only at the Ann Arbor Farmer’s market. While we do not have a regular stall yet, we are easy to find and will make every effort to post (Twitter: @thebrinery and on our website) our stall location at the start of each market day.

The Kraut Club helps support our fledgling business The Brinery, and in so doing it helps to support the community around us. Please consider joining!

Pricing structure:
$24 – 16 oz. weekly
$14 – 16 oz. bi-weekly
$40 – 24 oz. weekly
$20 – 24 oz. bi-weekly

There is also a non-refundable deposit of $10 upon sign-up that goes towards your first months fee.

For the time being, sign-up is only at The Brinery stall at the farmer’s market.
