The Brinery ships out orders every Monday.

Brinery products are raw and unpasteurized, and come to you loaded with flavor, texture and living cultures! Sometimes, fermentation will continue to occur after the product is jarred; any bubbling, fizziness or slight bulging of the lid is 100% natural and safe! Jars are shipped cold, but if they arrive warm they are still safe to eat! Refrigerate them once you receive them. We will not refund jars that arrive warm, fizzy or bulging. If any jars arrive broken we will refund the cost. We cannot send replacement jars.
